Are you licensed?

-Yes! Mike has a MA Construction Supervisors License (CSL) as well as a MA Home Improvement Contractor License (HIC).

Are you insured?

-Of course!

Do you have an hourly rate?

-No. Each individual project is different so we base our prices on all the your projects as a whole.

Do you have a minimum appointment fee?

-Yes. The minimum appointment price is $150. This covers reserving the appointment on the schedule, the drive, approximately an hour of working time, clean up, project review and final project admin. This does not cover any materials, if needed. Also does not cover "surprise" projects not discussed prior to appointment

Why do you charge a project deposit?

-We charge an initial project deposit so we can reserve your time on the schedule. Once your project is booked, we ask that you stick to the schedule, unless for extenuating circumstances. Our calendar is masterfully coordinated and for everyone's benefit, we ask that you help us keep it. Specialists who are locked out of properties and/or missed appointments will be charged fees accordingly.

What are your hours?

-We are a small team of experienced specialists so our time is just as valuable as our customers time is. We try to accommodate time frames and schedules as best we can but please remember we book up fast for weeks/months at a time. Emergency call-outs, nights, weekends and holidays are priced accordingly.

Do you provide free estimates?

-We can provide verbal general/ballpark price ranges after discussing your projects. If we agree to work with each other, a more detailed scope of work and accompanying contract agreements can be exchanged.

If your projects are more complicated and require a site visit/detailed quotes, we DO charge for these. Prices vary depending on specific needs and designs/plans. .

What forms of payment do you accept?

-We currently are set up to accept cash, check, PayPal, Venmo and Zelle.
